Dr. Ghajar is one of the few fellowship trained refractive and LASIK surgeons in Fresno, and has been performing laser correction surgery since 2007. Dr. Ghajar earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Completed his residencey at University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine – Eye and Ear Institute and received his fellowship through the University of Utah’s Moran Eye Center. In his private practice, he focuses on the management of corneal and ocular surface diseases and he performs corneal transplantation using the latest techniques including sutureless transplantation (DSAEK).
In addition, Dr. Ghajar is an experienced cataract surgeon and performs standard and refractive cataract surgery using the latest premium intraocular lens (IOL) technology.
